I have been a customer of this establishment Clearsoft Inc. of Brooksville, Fl. a family owned business for the past 7 years. Initially for service of the softener at that time of then my newly purchased home and then eventually replacement with a new updated water softener unit, VERY reasonably priced as is their service. They take care of my salt deliveries and service the unit once a year as needed. ALWAYS professional, courtious on the phone and at home servicing. Recently an issue arose with the unit and I can't thank them enough. Their immediate courtious response to perform corrective measures to insure my unit was performing top notch like new with a follow up. Price isn't everything, customer service is. The office crew and Mgr Paulina along with service staff is always and has

Aaron was great! Fixed the part in my unit and now my unit is working again! Best water to have! Doesn't leave yellow marks in my showers and leaves my hair and skin soft! And great to drink! Highly Recommend Clearsoft!
